C&S Electric Limited has won the prestigious order for the installation of 12 Rooftop Solar PV Power Plants in Chandigarh. CREST has awarded this order to the solar division of C&S Electric Limited, which successfully completed one year of its O&M for 320KWp Solar PV Rooftops at Chandigarh, awarded last year. The contract was a huge success as it exceeded the committed energy target and thereby became the only EPC player to achieve this distinction in the Chandigarh region. C&S has associated with CREST in the past also, by installing Rooftop Solar PV Power Plants on major buildings of Chandigarh. The new contract entails installing Rooftop Solar PV Power Plants in model schools in Chandigarh city. These Rooftop PV Power Plants incorporate high efficiency mono-crystalline PV Modules and multi-MMPT high efficiency string inverters.
Besides, the 410 KWp Rooftop Solar PV power plant at Chandigarh is giving excellent results and is also feeding Solar PV clean power at 11 KV. This was successfully commissioned by C&S Solar a few months back within the committed timeline.
Some other highlights for solar division are as below:
- C&S Solar has successfully completed the installation of one of India’s largest Solar PV Car Ports in Manesar region deploying 300 Wp rating Solar PV Modules of efficiency exceeding 15%. The Solar PV Car Port is designed for 74 luxury cars while the Solar PV Array over the roof is of 200 KWp capacity.
- Warehouse Rooftop with Solar PV Power Capacity of 561.6 KWp is also under installation at Manesar.
- C&S Solar Bhiwani Utility Scale Solar PV Power Plant has completed three years of successful operation with its PR exceeding 81% which qualifies as a world-class performance.
